Sheltered Villa with Sea View in Kalkan Akbel Mevkii
Located in Antalya Kas Kalkan Akbel, our holiday rental villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.  Our villa has a partial sea view from the pool terrace, but you can see a very clear sea view from the 2 bedrooms upstairs. You can spend pleasant moments with your family and loved ones with its large pool and terrace. It is also an ideal option for our conservative families with its sheltered pool. The bedroom on the 1st floor of our villa has an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 3 bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom, while the toilet and bathroom are in common use.

 Our rental villa is 4-5 minutes away from the city centre and the beach by car. The beach is 20 minutes from Patara beach and 10 minutes from Kaputas beach which is a hidden paradise. 

Cleaning and Maintenance : The villa is delivered to you in a clean way and intermediate cleaning is done 1 time a week, if you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc. by the staff looking at our villa is done by the staff subject to charge.

The entrance time to all our villas on the first day is 16:00 in the afternoon and the departure time from the villa on the last day is 10.00 in the morning. Since cleaning is done in the intervening time period, we would like to state that we cannot help you if you come to the villa earlier than your check-in time. Please observe the entrance and exit times to the villa.
